Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Bites
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup almonds finely chopped (or use coarse almond flour)
Recipe from the Beachbody Blog.
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp coconut oil melted.
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup reduced fat greek yoghurt
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries chopped
RECIPE
Prepare a 6 muffin tray for the freezer.
Combine almonds, sugar, oil and cinnamon in a bowl.
Divide the almond mixture between the muffin holes.
Combine the yoghurt and honey in a small bowl.
Divide the yoghurt mixture between the muffin holes. Top with the chopped strawberries.
Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
