 Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt Bites

INGREDIENTS

Recipe from the Beachbody Blog.
  • 1/2 cup almonds finely (or coarse) chopped

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted.

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup reduced fat greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries chopped

RECIPE

  • Prepare a 6 muffin tray for the freezer.

  • Combine almonds, sugar, oil and cinnamon in a bowl.

  • Divide the almond mixture between the muffin holes.

  • Combine the yoghurt and honey in a small bowl.

  • Divide the yoghurt mixture between the muffin holes. Top with the chopped strawberries.

  • Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
